Getting Off Tablets

I have been prescribed numerous tablets by the doctor to help relieve the symptoms of Sciatica in my leg. 

These are the tablets I am currently advised to take:

• Gabapentin     - 300mg x6 per day
• Amitriptyline   - 10mg  x3 before bed
• Ibuprofen        - 400mg x3 per day
• Paracetamol
• Omeprazole

This pain I experience is currently causing me serious problems and effecting my every day life drastically.

However, I am not particularly happy about the number of tablets I am advised to take each day.....

.....so my challenge is to find out if I can replace the tablets with more natural remedies......
